CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations
• Daily meals: 24 hours in advance
• Catering: 72 hours in advance
• Custom orders: non-cancellable
Right of Withdrawal
Not applicable under Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (perishable and customised products).
Returns
Only in the event of an error by Deli Gourmet, or if the product is defective or in poor condition.
Claims
Must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.

Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the address and within the time slot indicated in the order. If the delivery driver arrives and it is not possible to complete the delivery due to the customer’s absence, the order will be considered completed. Due to the perishable nature of food products, no refund or reimbursement will be issued.

Responsibility of the customer after delivery.

Products may contain or may have come into contact with allergens. The customer must inform us before placing the order. We cannot be held responsible if this information is not provided in advance.
Warning regarding coeliac disease and cross-contamination
All our products are prepared in facilities where gluten and other allergens are handled. Although we apply strict control measures, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. Therefore, we do not recommend consumption by individuals with coeliac disease or severe allergies.
